a) A Candidate may, within one month of result, apply for re- evaluation by paying a fee of Rs.500/- (Five hundred) only per paper.
b) The facility for Re- evaluation is not applicable to practical Examination papers.
c) Candidates securing less than 70% of the pass marks in the concerned paper/course (Excluding internal / Practical) shall not be eligible to apply for Re- Evaluation.
d) All request for Re-evaluation shall be accompanied by :-
i) Deposit of Re-evaluation fee of Rs.500/- per paper
ii) The Original Mark Sheet issued by Mizoram State Council for Technical Education.
e) The Application shall be screened by the Examination Officer and shall be sent ( for evaluation )to an Examiner other than the ones who have Examined the script earlier.
f) Average of Original and Re-evaluated marks shall be the marks awarded after Re- evaluation
g) The score Re- evaluation shall supersedes the earlier score provided that a candidate who was declared pass initially shall not be declare unsuccessful as a result of Re- evaluation and downward revision of marks shall be limited to pass level.
h) No retrospective benefits such as award of Gold Medal, Scholarship, Fellowship, Admission, Promotion etc. shall accrue to a candidate as a result of Re-evaluation.
i) Re-evaluation shall not be time-bound process, but all efforts will be made to ensure early declaration of results.
